Payment

Please contact via approved etsy.com conversation to discuss payment terms and conditions. With different projects there will be different payment terms accepted. Each individual project will have its own individual term of payment.

Preferred form of payment is via PayPal or direct payment via debit card, but different terms can be discussed, I am always willing to work with anyone!!

Shipping

Shipping will be done via the USPS once payment has been received via PayPal or direct payment.

If needed, and agreed upon, faster shipment terms can be arranged at purchaser’s expense.

If item is deemed by seller to be lost, damaged, or incorrect seller will issue a full refund or ship correct, undamaged item at seller’s expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are sold as is and all sells are final. If product is deemed damaged by seller a full refund will be given to purchaser

Custom orders will be approved before shipping, and all sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

HANGERS:
all hanger orders are custom, once the names and details are approved, all sales are final and no refund will be given for a change of heart.

please be as specific as possible and allow adequate time for the artistic process. IF there is an issue (misspelling, etc... ) and the hangers had been previously approved by the buyer or had been delivered and deemed correct, then its is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for a replacement. (ie- if you get these home, tell me they look great, then notice something wrong later-- you dont get a "freebie" hanger)
If you catch the mistake immediately, i'll do absolutely everything I can to fix it and make it correct-- i always prefer happy customers!

All custom orders submitted via alchemy will need the following information: size, specific colors/patterns, picture of room or color scheme for room the item will be placed in, print of bedding if item is needed to be matched, design in which you would like the item to be placed i.e. Twine, Tool, Ribbon, Shoe Laces, Hardware, etc.

To ensure customer satisfaction the more information that can be gathered and discussed before item is shipped will help ensure the item is personalized yet to each individuals customers taste.

Upon final approval all sells are final.
