I am so very pleased with my purchase of these glasses. There was a little glitch in the initial purchase and response time due to circumstances beyond the seller's control. However, once we connected, Laura made sure that I got my glasses quickly and she more than made up for the time lapse by shipping Priority Mail and shipping a couple of extra glasses. Certainly not necessary but the gesture was very much appreciated. Laura is an asset to the Etsy Community! Thanks Laura!!!

Welcome! Thanks for visiting SparklingSweeties! I'm excited that you've stopped by. I spend a lot of time searching for high quality items which are in good shape for you - my valued customer. Please remember that almost all items in my shop have been previously loved and may have some normal wear on them. In the interest of keeping beautiful and useful things out of land fills I do sell some items even if they have small chips, marks or other flaws on them. When I do this I describe and photograph the flaws in full detail in the listing.

Returns and exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please convo me. I want you to love your purchase and I will work with you to ensure you're happy with your 'Sparkling Sweetie'

Items can be returned however return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment

I accept Paypal and ask that you pay for your items within 3 days of purchase. Unfortunately, items not paid for within this time frame will be re-listed unless we have corresponded and made other arrangements.

Shipping

All shipping fees listed are estimates, please send me your postal or zip code via 'contact' / 'convo' and I will send you a more accurate shipping quote. Please let me know in advance if you want delivery confirmation, insurance, tracking or if you'd like me to use a different service (ie USPS Express Mail or Fed EX) - these options typically add a few dollars to the cost of shipping.

I do my very best to ship your item within 2-5 business days of your purchase. I use USPS to ship to the United States and Canada Post within Canada. USPS typically takes 6-10 business days to deliver (depending on the service used) and Canada Post will take a few days longer than that.

If you purchase multiple items at the same time I'm happy to ship them together to save you shipping costs.

If there are import or customs fees - unfortunately, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
