Welcome to Sparrow Blu! I believe exceptional customer service is a customer's right, not something a customer should have to ask for to receive. Sadly, I find that good customer service has become the exception rather than the rule. But here at Sparrow Blu, customer service isn't a thing of the past. Currently, I accept Paypal as the only form of payment. It's quick, easy, and convenient for both of us. Please note that if you are paying through Paypal with an e-check, the payment must clear before the item will be shipped.

Unless you have sent me a convo and made specific arrangements, payment must be made within 48 hours or the sale will be considered void and the item will be re-listed.


Orders will be shipped to the shipping address on file with your Paypal account. If you would like the item shipped to a different address, please leave a "note to seller" at checkout.

Please note that I have a family and numerous other commitments, and that because the post office is quite a distance from my home, I ship on three designated days—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To keep shipping charges reasonable for my buyers, I ship via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of the item.

I take every precaution to ensure your purchase arrives in the same condition that it leaves my shop, and I pack each item with the utmost care. Therefore, I am not responsible for items damaged (or lost) during shipping. If, however, an item does arrive damaged, please let me know. I will try to help you repair the item if at all possible. If you are worried about damage during transit and would like to add insurance to your purchase, please send me a convo before your purchase, and I will make a custom listing for you with updated shipping costs.

Similarly, if you would like to add tracking or a faster delivery method, I can certainly accommodate that--just send me a convo before your purchase. :)

I am more than happy to ship internationally. However, please note I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders. They remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. Depending on where you live, your item may be delayed by customs inspections. Please be patient and remember that this is completely out of my control. Thank you!

Keep your children safe! Many of my items are not intended for children under 13. Even those that are have small parts that may cause serious injury to infants and young children. I absolutely love wholesale and custom orders! Note that these orders require a 50% deposit, and that returns are not available for these items unless they are defective.
