I handcraft each piece of with care and affordability in mind. Whether you are shopping for yourself, friend or family member, Sparrows Trove has something for every occasion. All items come wrapped in a lovely gift box ready for gifting.

Turn around time (preparation time) is currently 3 to 5 business days prior to shipping out your package. Larger orders may take longer.

All orders must be fully paid for (including any upgrade to shipping) before they are shipped.

Taxes: Canadian Provinces: HST is applied to orders where applicable. Non-HST provinces are charged 5% GST.

Reserved listings must be paid within 4 days of listing. After 4 days of nonpayment, the listing will be removed from our shop.

Shipping

Lead time is 3 to 5 business days after payment is cleared, but during busy periods, it can be longer.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Canada Post Light Packet. Tracking not included and package delivery could take up to 6 to 12+ business days to the U.S, and 2 to 6 weeks Internationally. These are estimates only.

CARING FOR STERLING SILVER JEWELRY
Store your sterling silver jewelry in zip-lock bag or with a tarnish prevention cloth when not in use. The bag will keep it from exposing to the air. The treated cloth slows down the tarnishing process and keeps the jewelry from rubbing against harder jewelry that might scratch it. Try to keep your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place.

WEDDINGS: Custom orders for the bride and bridal party are welcome. Please contact me for your custom needs.

Any repairs are free within 3 months of order; after 3 months, pricing varies. You will be responsible for shipping charges but the repairs are free up to 3 months.

I would recommend that you cancel your order and then reorder. Please contact me to start this process.
