Yes! If any part of my design is made by another artist the listed item will be marked with a production partner. Within the production partners explanation it will specifically tell you what part was made by another and who did it.

Although We package our orders extremely well, due to the fragile nature of our products , your item may arrive damaged or broken from mishandling from the post office during transit. That makes us sad! We want you to be able to enjoy your new item right away! We ask that you take a photo of the packaging and the damage to send to us so that we could file a claim with the post office within 1 week of receiving the package. Once photos are received and confirmed that the damage did happen before arrival, you would either granted a full refund or a replacement product. If photos are not provided, we can not offer a refund or replacement product. The post office will request images of all sides including the address to insure recipient.

We always ask that you make sure that the address on your ETSY profile is correct. You can message us after, but since the shipping is calculated to the address in your profile, we may have to cancel your order and ask you to repurchase with the corrected address, due to the fact that the shipping may be different depending on where it is.

All ceramic dinnerware pieces are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.

All other items should be cared for by their intended purpose. For example a paper cookbook should not get wet nor should jewelry be placed in the dishwasher. Both items should be cleaned by gently wiping them off with a dry cloth...

The regular ceramic straws are glazed inside and out. Therefore they can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher.
The curly straws are glazed inside and out. However, due to the shape I recommend sanitizing this style by dropping them into boiling water as part of your cleaning practices. I can not guarantee that the curly straws have glaze throughout the inside. The bend in the straw makes it challenging when glazing.
