4 out of 5 starsThe seller substituted the walnut box I had chosen due to supply constraints. This I learned after receiving the item. The seller included a written note explaining the situation as well as an upgraded ink cartridge and a spare one + candy. The presentation is great and I think the seller picked a good box for my pen. It also arrived quickly, safely packaged. When I twist the pen to retract the tip, it does not go in all the way and requires me to press it against a surface. Seller let me know the pen is stiff because it's new.
