We ship packages to the address you have listed on Etsy. PLEASE double-check your address prior to checking out. Each item will be given a tracking number. If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, we do not issue a refund. If the tracking shows that the order has not been delivered and is confirmed lost by the postal service, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
