She is extremely fast at responding to messages and does so with an abundance of kindness and care ❤️ She is genuinely excited for YOU and puts so much forethought behind each of her pieces, for every individual customer! The packaging was incredibly sweet, and I wish I had taken pictures before opening! I was so excited to see and finally wear my locket, and it did not disappoint in any way. She also helped me watch the tracking because they took a little longer but wasn’t a problem for me because I ordered them & allowed plenty of time. Thank you so much Melissa, I think my Grandkids are gonna love them.
