Returns and exchanges
If your item is faulty I can refund you after I receive it back. In most other circumstances I will do exchange only, buyer to pay return shipping costs, however I am happy to discuss a refund after receiving the item back if you are really unhappy.
Return within 28 days only of receiving goods.
Every Item I make is unique and is often made to order. Due to this unique nature of my product sometimes they don't come out looking exactly like my photograph, however I try to make them look as alike as possible.
Please make sure to order as much fibre or yarn as your project requires in one go, as dye lots can change. :-)
As an internet business, I need to use the post office to get my things to you. Unfortunately, things go astray sometimes and I can't be held responsible for that. I am happy to help you out and work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Gathering the raw materials from local farmers, washing, carding and dyeing the fibres, making the resin for my spindles- - drilling, sanding and glueing, then photographing, answering emails and writing up descriptions - All by myself from my little cottage in the gorgeous Suffolk countryside.
If your order is super urgent, please let me know and I will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Colours vary for monitor to monitor, and I try to represent them to the best of my ability.
All fibre items are made to order, unless otherwise stated you will not be receiving the precise one in the picture, however all recipes are carefully recorded and I can replicate them perfectly.
I try to respond to all convos as soon as possible, but please be patient with me if I don't respond immediately, as I prioritise making orders first.
