    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receiving your order. I will do everything I can to address the problem as quickly as possible. Any refunds or exchanges are determined individually.

    I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Confirmation numbers can be provided (by request) to all U.S. buyers and it is strongly suggested that all International buyers purchase insurance for a small additional fee.
    Payment
    ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS.

    I prefer payment via PayPal or via credit card in US currency.

    If you need to cancel an order before submitting payment, just let me know and I will be happy to cancel it for you. If an order is put through without payment and I have not been contacted to cancel it, the buyer will be subject to negative feedback. To avoid a situation like this, please contact me within 2 days of your order to let me know your intention.

    I will also accept a quickly mailed Money Order (U.S. & Canada only) or personal check. In the case of Money Orders, your purchase will be shipped upon physical receipt of the payment. For personal checks, your purchase will be shipped once your check has cleared. Please contact me if you choose to pay via Money Order or by personal check.

    All items must be paid for within 3 days of your order. In the case of Money Orders or Checks, payment must be mailed within 1 business day and I ask that you please notify me once it is mailed. (If you have a special request, I am flexible and understanding... Please contact me before making your purchase.)
    Shipping
    All shipping is first class USPS, and includes handling and packaging. Once payment is received, I will package and ship your order within 3 - 7 days, except during peak shopping periods and holidays. In the latter case, I will post an announcement on the front page of my shop about expected shipping time. If you would like expedited shipping, or have any other special requests, please contact me before purchasing your item. I'll be happy to accommodate if at all possible, including shipment by priority or express mail if desired. Any difference in postal fees will be added to your order.

    I offer International shipping. Please be aware that for some countries it may take up to 4 weeks or possibly longer for your package to arrive. It is STRONGLY recommended that international buyers purchase Insurance - just contact me about arrangements for this. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Also please be informed regarding your country's customs regulations and fees; I am not responsible for customs charges or fees.

    Reserved Orders:
    I try to be as flexible as possible in reserving orders for my customers. I am of course happy to put an item on hold for you, with the understanding that the order should be put through (by you) within 3 days of the reservation. However, if you have a particular situation that may require a longer reserve, please convo me and I'll try to accommodate your needs.
