Sizing on knitted and crocheted items is approximate and varies from person to person.

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

Once fiber is spun or yarn is knitted it is yours for good, no returns on used items. I do accept trades and returns if item is not as described.

Payment

Payment is expected within 10 business days. For expensive items I am willing to work out a payment plan. After payment plan is completed item will be shipped.

Shipping

Free shipping on any order over $100. Priority shipping or US First Class and International is my usual method of shipment but larger items may require Fed Ex.

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available for knitted items and some dying jobs. Each knitted order varies depending upon difficulty of pattern, size of yarn, and expense of yarn. Any yarn that I offer for sale may be requested for custom orders except recycled yarn as it comes in limited lots. Recycled yarn may be requested for smaller items such as hats, scarves and socks, based on availability or yarn
