Welcome to my Shop Policies section. The two most important policies I have are to offer quality products and the highest customer satisfaction -after all, that is what will keep you coming back for more! If I've missed the mark in any way, please let me know.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
1) I do my utmost to get your item(s) to you as you ordered them - the correct item(s), the correct quantity, etc. If you receive your order and something is incorrect or not as it was advertised on my shop, please contact me and return the item(s) to me within 7 days of receipt of the goods. I will either replace the item(s) with the a comparable product and compensate you for your return shipping as well as ship the replacement goods to you at no cost. Or, if you prefer I will refund you the total cost of your purchase, plus the return shipping at no cost to you.

2) Buyers Remorse: If you simply aren't satisfied with the item once you receive it, you may return the item to me within 3 days of receipt at your cost. I will issue you store credit for the cost of the item only. You will pay shipping for any future purchases using the store credit. Store credits are non-transferable.

4) Items Purchased as Gifts: If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift, please notify me of this so that I may provide a gift receipt with the item(s). I will only accept returns and exchanges from gift recipients with a gift receipt. The return or exchange must be made within 30 days of YOUR receipt of the item. Any returns made by the gift recipient will be issued store credit for the cost of the returned item. The shipping on any future purchases made with the store credit will be the responsibility of the gift recipient.
I currently accept PayPal. This does not mean you have to have a PayPal account as you may use PayPal as a guest and use a credit card to make payment. When I receive your order I will email you a PayPal invoice which will contain a 'Make Payment' link.

All prices are quoted in US dollars. For customers outside of the United States, please let me know if you would like assistance converting the price to your local currency. Or, you may use your Paypal account to determine the price in your local currency:

1) Login to your PayPal account
2) Click the Fees link
3) Click View Currency Converter
4) Enter the amount in US dollars
5) Indicate you wish to convert from US dollars, then indicate to which currency you wish to convert
6) Click Convert

One last note - international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
1) I will be shipping on Saturdays temporarily, but will return to shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays in the near future - please check back here for updates. If you have questions, or need to request overnight shipping, please let me know so we can work something out.

2) Items will be shipped 1st Class USPS unless requested otherwise. Please let me know if you wish Priority, Express, Overnight, etc. Also let me know if you would like your purchase shipped registered or with confirmation. I will provide you with shipping cost within three business of your request to upgrade.

3) I do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail, therefore if you wish complete peace of mind, I recommend purchasing insurance, or at the least requesting registered mail. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you. A note: if you receive the package and it appears damaged from the outside, I recommend taking a picture of it before opening the box, as this can help you when trying to collect on insurance from the postal service.
Additional policies and FAQs
Etsy is set up so you may pay for your order via Paypal immediately. If you do not choose that option, I will send you a Paypal order invoice via email. Once I issue the PayPal invoice to your email, I allow 48 hours to either receive payment from you, or a communication requesting an extension for payment. If I do not receive payment or a communication from you within those 48 hours, I will make one attempt to contact you inquiring whether or not you still wish to purchase the item. After that attempt, I will wait another 48 hours for a response or to receive payment. If at the end of that time I have not received payment or received any communication from you, I will assume you are no longer interested in the item and will repost it to my shop as an item for sale. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause for you.
