Sorry no refunds or exchanges. I work hard at describing and putting up detailed photos of my items, and I am very open to questions and I reply very quickly so please just ask before you commit to buy anything.

Damages: I try to pack things very secure, but accidents do happen, I can add shipping insurance on any item if you ask me before you commit to buy. Also, if it arrives to you broken, send me a picture and we will work it out. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
