It's my Mothers fault
Back in 2005 my Mother had me take her to a small bead shop to re-string a necklace. I was her sole means of transportation so I complied. While she happily restrung her necklace I wandered around the shop, picked up a few beads and promptly sat down and made a bracelet and matching earrings..... I was hooked.
We began pursuing beads like a squirrel does nuts! Catalogs, bead shows, online sales! Soon I realized I had more beads than I would EVER use. I looked for a venue to sell my excess beads and found Etsy! Soon I realized there was a demand for my specialty, seed bead mixes, and that I had a special talent for creating those mixes. Spirit Bear Beads was born!
