Welcome to my shop. I specialize in high quality, handmade items that are great to give as gifts. I work my hardest and best to turn out high quality, well made products that you will be 100% satisfied with.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

My products are high quality & made to your specifications. I will represent my items with text and pictures to the best of my ability. If I have grossly misrepresented my product, I will offer a refund or replacement upon return of the item, less shipping (buyer is responsible for return shipping).

Payment

I accept paypal. Personalized items will not go into production until payment is received. No items will be shipped until payment is received and cleared.

Shipping

I will ship as often as I can, usually at least every other day. I will ship Priority Mail as much as possible with delivery confirmation. You should get an email from Paypal that gives you your tracking number. Please allow 7-14 business days for custom personalized items to be made (depending on quantity of orders and other responsibilities, namely, my family). If you need an item by a certain deadline, please contact me and I will do my best to get it done fast. If large orders are placed, I will do my best to give a timeframe in which they will be done.

I will no longer be offering international shipping.
