About

Simply for fun...

Hello and welcome! Thanks for visiting my Etsy shop, my hobby business that helps to pay for my yarn addiction and spares all my friends and family from getting dozens of crocheted Christmas presents each year.

My name's Tracey, and I've been in love with crocheting for over 40 years!

I’m also the owner of a holistic wellness business which I love as much as I love crocheting!
I'm a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild, a National Board Certified Reflexologist with the American Reflexology Certification Board, a Certified Nutritional Therapist, a Master Herbalist, and a Certified Emotional Healing Coach.

When I'm not crocheting, I see clients either in my office or long distance and help them improve their health naturally and holistically with reflexology and custom wellness programs I design with them using herbs, nutritional supplements, diet, lifestyle, emotional healing techniques, and reflexology.

I'm a big proponent of finding your "Zen" in activities like arts and crafts, and for me, that's crocheting! I've always loved making special handmade items for others, so to be able to share my creations with others through my Etsy shop is something I enjoy tremendously.

Maybe you might know someone who could use a surprise by receiving a handmade gift in the mail. I hope to be able to help people brighten others' days that way, so I offer free gift wrapping and a personal note from you if you want. Just send me a message if you'd like me to include that in your purchase.

I'm also happy to be able to use my Etsy shop as an opportunity for me to give back as well. 10% of every purchase is donated to Wyoming Service Dogs, a local service dog agency that changes the lives of the people they provide service dogs for and the dogs they rescue.

Because volunteer work and advocacy is very important to me, I also volunteer with Wyoming Service Dogs, and I'm a member of the Mayor's Council for People with Disabilities here in Cheyenne.

I'm most at home in the outdoors, so I enjoy spending time in the beautiful nature of Wyoming, gardening, and going to the Botanic Gardens. My two favorite pastimes, though, are quite the Yin and Yang of hobbies - crocheting and Kenpo Karate. I absolutely LOVE karate, and spend as much time on the mats as possible. I'm currently a blue belt but always working to advance to the next level just as soon as I can!

Thanks again for stopping by and hearing about my shop. Please send me a message if you want and introduce yourself. Tell me about your crafts and hobbies. I love getting to know the other shop owners and shoppers on Etsy.

All my love,

Tracey -xx-

Spirit of the Bear - In my herbal studies, I learned that many Native cultures around the world view the Bear as the healer, often calling herbal medicine and healing traditions "Bear Medicine." The bear: symbol of strength, fearlessness, confidence.
