Crystal Recommendations
It's against Etsys house rules for me to give or make crystal recommendations for healing. Please conduct your own research and never use crystals as a replacement for medical treatment. If in doubt, always consult with a licensed medical professional.
Mystery Mix Crystal Identification
The mystery mix is pre-mixed before it arrives. Depending on availability, the combination also changes with hundreds of different crystals, allowing me to keep the price affordable for you, hence the mystery (some even to me!). The best way to identify your crystals would be to use an app such as Google Lens.
Wholesale Availability
Looking to purchase items in bulk? Please reach out to me with a detailed list of the crystals, sizes and quantities you're looking for so I can provide you with an accurate quote.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us as 'undeliverable,' 'unclaimed,' or 'refused,' we will deduct the original cost of postage, packaging, and an administration fee from your refund to cover our expenses. The administration fee will be £5 or 20% of the order value, whichever is lower. The remaining balance will be refunded once we receive the item in its original condition. If you wish to have the package resent, please contact us to arrange payment for the new shipping cost. To avoid such issues, please ensure your shipping details are correct and that the package is collected in a timely manner.
