MARVELOUS IN ASPECT! DON JAMES HAS A NEW ADMIRER IN ME - HE IS EXTREMELY TALENTED AND PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS CREATIONS AND IT DEFINITELY SHOWS IN HIS WORK. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH! Splendid Season sells an assortment of handmade items, including silk floral arrangements, glass artwork, and jewelry. Thank you for stopping by to check out the many fun and beautiful items we offer. We are dedicated to making elegant and “everlasting” pieces for your home. We also work hard to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase and our service. Please let us know if there is anything with which we can help you. Payment
Splendid Season’s preferred method of payment is PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay with any major credit card or through your PayPal account.
If your payment is not received within 1 week of the purchase date, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
Shipping
All items will be shipped through USPS within 7 business days, although most may ship much sooner. If you have a question about a particular item, feel free to write and ask. We would be more than happy to ship your item through another service upon request. We ship the least expensive way possible and include insurance for the item. Faster shipping is available if you choose to pay the price for faster shipping. Please let us know right away if you want to make changes. If we have listed a product as “Free Shipping,” that will be at the least cost to us. If you request changes in carrier or speed or options such as delivery confirmation, you will be charged the whole price for shipping. When a pre-made/ready-to-ship item is paid for using Paypal, expect 2 or 3 days before item ships. 

For international deliveries, please allow 10-14 days. International shipping may be more expensive than noted on the listing depending on the destination. 
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty or taxes charged by your specific country. If Splendid Season ships an order through customs, we will mark an item/order as "Merchandise". Please be acquainted with your customs policies before placing your order with Splendid Season. International buyers are also responsible for paying any of their country's own customs/VAT fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, please contact Splendid Season as soon as possible, and we will work together to insure your satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 10 days of your receipt. If you choose to return the item, the postage for return must be paid by you. Once we have received your item in excellent condition, we will refund the amount paid, minus the cost to us for the original shipping. If for any reason, your order is damaged during shipping, please contact Splendid Season as soon as possible. You will need to return the item to us (return shipping charge paid by you) so that we can issue a refund or send a replacement. We will contact the USPS for the insurance claim.
Additional policies and FAQs
Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is available for $2.00 per item. The wrapping is currently a pearl stripe cream-colored wrap with peach ribbon and mint green ribbon around the package.

CUSTOM ORDERS;
Splendid Season will happily create a custom order for you. If you would like a custom order, please email Splendid Season through Etsy Conversations specifying the type of item you want, and any further preferences you may have.

SILK WEDDING FLORALS (CUSTOM ITEMS):

Custom items can take 4-6 weeks after purchase to complete (not counting the time it takes to ship) if all requested items are in stock. If the requested item(s) are not in stock, then additional time may be needed to complete your order. In this event, I will contact you by phone, convo or email.

All custom orders/packages will be given a specific listing number and will be placed on "RESERVED" status to complete the order.



A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
At Splendid Season, our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to be very happy with the results of your purchase! If you order a custom made design, we do our best to communicate with you clearly so that the design that you have in mind becomes the design that you receive. 

If for any reason, your order is not to your satisfaction after photos have been posted or after you have received the item, please convo us immediately within 5 days. I can ONLY give store credit within that time frame and ONLY after the item has been returned in it's original condition. After finished photos are posted, we will make reasonable changes that you request to the item. A “reasonable” request is one that we can fulfill without changing the cost/value of the item, without our need to reorder from our suppliers or that we can fulfill without taking an unnecessary amount of time to alter a finished product.
Any requests that require major changes (in cost, materials, design, or labor) will be charged for the added materials and for labor at $15.00 per hour.
 After 10 days, however, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
 If you are not happy with your order, we really do desire to make you happy, so please, rather than leaving "negative feedback" contact us immediately.

**Please take this policy into consideration when placing an order.**


For a custom order, you must pay down 50% of the product price so that we can purchase the necessary materials. After an order has been placed and your flowers have been ordered from our supplier, the deposit cannot be returned. However, you may have store credit.

After receipt and inspection of your purchased item, if there are ANY questions, please contact us at Splendid Season.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.

SPLENDID SEASON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THIS POLICY. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED.
