5 out of 5 starsI bought 3 of these - I particularly like the yellow one - it has some nice banding and is nicely see through. It should work nicely in one of my pendants or brooches. The blues are nice and sparkly - now I just need to figure out how I'm using them! :)

Cosmic Glass Art for Home, Body and Spirit
Hello and welcome!
My name is Mollie, and I live in a teeny tiny Irish village in the heart of rural County Tipperary. I have been creating sparkly things out of glass since 2000 and silversmithing from time to time for about 10 years. Sometimes I like to use silver clay, which fires in the kiln to 99% fine silver, but mainly I like to stick to using silver wire in my statement jewellery pieces and to glass, textiles and found objects in my art plates and sculptural forms.
Working in kiln-formed glass is a little like being an alchemist. The transformations that happen in the kiln as molten glass swirls and contorts are nothing short of magical, and I love pushing the limits of what the kiln can do. I believe very much in learning the rules so I can then know how to break them properly. My most exciting pieces have been the result of experiments that my glass instructors would have been horrified by!
My work is available in galleries all over Ireland and I show regularly at exhibitions and art fairs in Ireland and the UK.
If you do happen to find yourself in this beautiful part of the world, I would love to meet you in my real-life bookshop/art gallery/café, where you will find plenty more glittery things to tempt you!
