Frequently asked questions

How thick is the wire you use in your earrings?

For sterling silver and niobium earrings I use 20 gauge (0.8mm) wire unless otherwise noted in a listing description. Plated items are made with very slightly thinner 21 gauge (0.7mm) wire. Both are considered standard sizes for earwires.

How can I tell how big these earrings are?

I include sizing information in all item descriptions in inches and mm. Earrings are shown on a life size model. Please read item descriptions and scroll through all photos before you purchase a piece of jewelry.

What necklace length is right for me?

I have included a photo of the most popular necklace lengths on a model that wears a men’s size medium shirt in all necklace listings. Please note that necklaces sit differently on different builds and thicker necklaces will tend to look shorter than thinner necklaces.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All pieces, whether marked as a gift or not, are wrapped in tissue and shipped in a splurge gift tin.
If you purchase multiple items and would like individual gift tins for each piece, please let me know in the ‘notes to seller’ at checkout.

How is COVID affecting shipping times?

Unfortunately, shipping times have been disrupted by COVID, particularly with International (non-US) destinations. Most shipping companies have posted notices for delayed arrival times due to supply chain impacts from the pandemic.
Please contact me if you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking, insurance or expedited shipping.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase (14 days for UK/EU buyers). I am in Canada so please be aware of any international shipping requirements, based on your location.

Items that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged due to health/hygiene reasons. Custom orders are final sales and are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized by me and shipped within 5 business days after authorization has been given, to arrive within 30 days of receipt of the item (to ship within 30 days of receipt for UK/EU buyers). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
