Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
• I will replace or refund any item lost in transit.
International mail can only be considered lost after 8 to 12 weeks. So if your package is delayed, please contact me. I will contact the French Postal Services and they will start an investigation to get the confirmation that the package is actually lost.
(You sometimes lose track of a package for a few days/weeks because it is delayed in Customs.)

• I will also replace or refund any damaged item if you follow the instruction below:
Please always check the content of a package BEFORE signing, especially if the package looks damaged. If you sign without checking, there will be no proof that the item has been damaged during transit, so the insurance won't cover anything and I won't be able to replace it or refund you.
If the item is damaged, please note everything on the receipt and contact me the same day.

• If a package is returned because it hasn't been picked up at your local Post office within 15 days after attempted delivery, you will have to pay for a new shipping label so I can ship it back to you.
If you request a refund, please note that if it's too late to cancel the order through Etsy or Paypal, you will only get a partial refund: processing fees, shipping fees, Etsy fees, transaction fees and professional taxes paid about that order will be taken off the total.
If the order is cancelled through Etsy before the end of the month of the purchase, only shipping fees will be taken off.


-RETURNS: EUROPEAN UNION -

• If you're not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment as long as you follow the legal procedure. (If you're having problems with this procedure, don't hesitate to send me a message on Etsy)
You first have to fill the returns form (PDF) available here(http://extfiles.etsy.com/cancellation-forms/EUCancellationFormEN.pdf) , then email it to me at spookyshades [!at] hotmail.fr and I will contact you to give you returns instructions.

Returns must be made in the same conditions as the original shipping. So it will most of the time require insurance, tracking number and delivery against signature.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags.
Ceiling cord sets must not have been open and used.
Pillow Covers must not have been washed.

If you return your order without contacting me first, the package will automatically be refused.

- RETURNS: OTHER COUNTRIES -

• If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment as long as you contact me first.

Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send back the package with insurance. This way you will be protected from loss or damages during shipping.

If you want to return an item please note that only the item's price will be refunded, shipping is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

Payment
I accept credit cards and Paypal payments for international orders.
You can also pay with your credit card through Paypal without creating an account.
When you're reaching the Paypal checkout page, click the link "don't have a Paypal account ?" and simply enter your credit card datas and address.

If you want to pay via International bank transfer, please contact me.
Only French checks are accepted ( your order will be shipped as soon as the check is cashed ).
Shipping
I usually ship within 48 hours after getting payment.

My items are shipped from France.
International orders are usually delivered within 10 days to 3 weeks. ( 2 to 10 business days across Europe)
I will always notify you when your item is shipped to give you an estimated delivery date.
For most destinations you will be able to get a detailed tracking on your national carrier's website as soon as the package has entered your country.
(Not available for regular Registered Mail in Canada and Australia, if you'd like a full tracking for these countries, please choose the "shipping upgrade" option).

PLEASE NOTE: If your package is delayed in Customs, it may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered, it rarely happens, but it happens! (Especially in a busy period like Christmas) These circumstances are beyond my control so I hope on your understanding.

Most orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature on delivery. So please check the content of a package BEFORE signing so the insurance can cover everything in case the content is damaged.


***CHRISTMAS***

EUROPE
All lampshades are shipped with an express service that delivers within 2 to 6 business days. Coasters and cushion covers are delivered within 5 to 10 business days with the regular mail service. Starting December 8th, I recommend you to add a shipping upgrade so It can be shipped with the express service . The cost will be 5€ for one item, please contact me if you're interested. If the item is not delivered in time for Christmas, I will refund you the shipping upgrades costs.
(If you order a pillow cover or a set of coasters with a lampshade it will be automatically shipped with the express service).


EVERYWHERE ELSE:
All items are usually delivered within 10 days to 3 weeks.
An express shipping service is available and usually guarantees a delivery within 6 to 9 business days. just select "Faster Shipping out of Europe" on the payment page.
If the item is not delivered in time for Christmas, I will refund the shipping upgrades costs. :)

COUPON CODES AND SALES: Please, note only one discount can be used per purchase.

FAQs:

- Is the lamp base sold with the lampshade?
NO, as mentioned in every listing the item sold is lampshade only but there's a link to a reserved listing allowing you to add a base to your order if you're in country that has the same standards as France. ( Most countries except Canada and the USA)

- Do you do custom orders?
YES, it can usually be made within 1 to 2 weeks.

- Do you do wholesale?
YES, please send me a message if you're interested.
