Welcome to Spooled! Here you will find slender threads and things to treasure all handmade by me, MJ. I hope you will make yourself at home and enjoy looking around! :)

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment is expected at time of checkout unless other arrangements have been made prior.

Please complete your purchase through PayPal. If I do not receive payment within 48 hours, I will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me.
I ship all items through USPS First Class Mail. I will mail your item(s) to you within 2 days once a purchase has been made AND payment has been received and cleared.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time I mail your package to the time you will receive it. I will use the address you provide for Etsy, but I might have to ask you to confirm your address by email if it doesn't match your PayPal address.

Once you purchase an item, you agree to the shipping fees listed.

Please understand that I am not responsible for transit delays and that I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. If you are concerned about shipment of your item, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible! I want to make things right! This process absolutely requires a picture of the damaged item, as it represents proof for me.

If you receive an item that you aren't happy with, please contact me and we'll work it out! I will issue a refund for the full price of the item if it is returned in new, salable condition within 7 days of delivery. I cannot, however, refund shipping charges. Please contact me if you'd like to return an item.
