I had this made for my daughter who’s dog passed last year and this is absolutely beautiful, It is a perfect image of her Lizzy. I am so happy with it. We had a miscommunication with what I wanted and they rectified immediately. Once I have given this to my daughter for Christmas I will be posting it to all my friends and family and yes it did ship on time.
