Welcome to my Etsy store! My goal here is to create cool stuff you might not see in stores, directly catering to exactly what people want to see.

I started as a hobbyist stencil artist until one fateful day a small community on Reddit convinced me that strangers might be interested in buying my things, thus the Etsy store was born.

Returns and exchanges
Small imperfections are an inevitability and products are bound to differ from their listing photos in small ways, such as image size, placement, or exact color. I can't do refunds for these things.

An exact sizing chart is available in every listing for sizes, so I can't do refunds for sizing errors, either.

If something horrible happens to your item in transit or shortly after you've received it, please send me a message via the "Contact Seller" button on your receipt and explain your situation. Odds are pretty good I can replace your stuff in these cases.
Payment
Find something you like, pay for it, I'll make it, and then I'll ship it. I can take both PayPal and credit cards via Direct Checkout.
Shipping
Glasses are packaged with air packaging and boxes and shirts are sent via standardized mailing packages. If you have a special shipping request, by all means let me know and maybe we can work something out.

I generally do not do express shipping. If you have a large order you'd like shipped express, get in touch with me.

The time frame from payment to shipping is usually about two weeks. I do inventory orders for blank shirts and glasses about once a week, then it takes some time to craft orders, then USPS typically takes 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. International shipping takes significantly longer, but is unpredictable and can take several weeks at times.
Additional policies and FAQs
"Where is my stuff? Is it going to be here soon?"
-- Usually it's about 2 weeks from date of order to the date you receive your merchandise, sometimes slightly longer. When in doubt, check your invoice on Etsy and you'll find a tracking number there. If there is no tracking number, it means I have not yet made your stuff.

"This looks different than the picture..."
-- That's certainly a possibility, but imperfections and minor differences are part of the appeal of crafted goods, right? Also, I make minor updates to my designs from time to time when certain parts aren't working out, so a line or curve changed here or there is going to happen from time to time. If you're truly dissatisfied with what you got, get in touch and we'll see if we can work out a replacement.

"Can you do X, Y, or Z size/style/color/item that isn't in your store?"
-- As much as I would like to say yes, the answer is 'probably not.' I would love to do women's fits, youth sizes, hoodies and glasses for every design, hats, tote bags etc. but I don't have the resources to do everything. I am adding new things as often as possible, however, so it never hurts to ask; your idea might be next!

"Can you make a custom design for me?"
-- You can make a request, but I always have a pretty full design queue, so you might be waiting a while. I do try to get through as many requested designs as possible, but I am ultimately only one person.

"Why is shipping so expensive?"
-- I charge based on USPS costs and the expense of the packing materials I use, so I make nothing extra for shipping (i.e. there's no "handling" charge). In fact, there are some places where I actually lose money when shipping things!

Important Notes:
1) Wash shirts on DELICATE. Shirts are made with a laser etching process and are thinner and more fragile than typical apparel. Handle with care.
2) Wash glassware normally, either by hand or in a dishwasher.
3) Wash all glassware and apparel BEFORE use. My shop tends to contain all sorts of debris and you wouldn't want to drink out of or wear anything from it without cleaning it first.
