LOVE!!!!! This piece is a lovely little friend that accompanies me almost everywhere nowadays. It's not quite comfortable enough to sleep with, but almost. The cuff is able to be perfectly fitted to your ear, and it doesn't rub or cause irritation in any way- nor does it slide around (not sure how you managed that, but you did!) It's dainty, but eye-catching. People love it. I get many compliments on it. BTW- great shipping, packaging and service too! :D

This seller is simply the best (cue Tina Turner) Great imagination, materials, talent and packaged with love and care. I was lucky to meet her at an art show and see first hand many of her amazing creations.

About

It started with an experiment in de-construction!

I believe that life should be filled with whimsy, magic and joy and my creations reflect this!
I began creating jewelry many years ago by taking apart my store-bought jewelry and revamping it to better suit my taste and wardrobe. I've continued this trend of learning-by-doing through the years and the I am largely self-taught.
Rather than working in a particular style, I work with an idea and use whatever techniques and materials are needed to bring that idea to life. I work with everything from antique cow chains to hand-dyed fiber, more mundane chain, cable, ribbon, wire, leather , synthetic clay and resin.
You might have seen a Sprite Creation at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, in their Art Per Chance program, in the dreadlocks of an award-winning Predator costume, or in Web Galleries such as ArtBeads.com and Rings and Things (.com)!
I'm a Design Partner for Artbeads.com. Sprite Creations can also be found in the Galleria in Edina, MN.

Hello!

I believe that life should be filled with whimsy, magic and joy and my creations reflect this!
I started creating jewelry many years ago by taking apart my store-bought jewelry and revamping it to better suit my taste and wardrobe.

I particularly love creating from materials or ideas outside the norm for jewelry. Whether the creation is a wine bottle stopper, pen, hair-stick, jewelry, Faerie Message In a Bottle, Faerie "Stone", or any other fun and beautiful adornment I can think of and create; Whimsy, magic and positive energy are key ingredients in all of my creations!
A Special Note: Each one of these creations is unique and special, just like their person. That's why I think of the (and indicate where possible) the sales price as an adoption fee. Both you (or the Loved One who is gifted this creation) and the creation are adopting each other...or perhaps are gifts to one another.

Sprite Creations can also be found "in person" at Pappagallo, in the Galleria, Edina, MN, USA as well as the shows and events I participate in around the USA (for now!). You can find information about Pappagallo and my Event Schedule on my website (www.spritecreations.com)!

With apologies to international customers, I am not processing international orders at this time.
I ship via USPS and shipment confirmation is included with every sale.

Refunds and Exchanges
Since all of my creations are hand-made and one-of-a-kind, often with materials I literally cannot find again, I have a no return, refund or exchange policy.
If something is amiss with the creation when it arrives at your doorstep, please convo me here via Etsy and I'll work with you to find the best possible solution for all of us!
Additional policies and FAQs
I use recycled, vintage, eco-friendly and excellent quality materials as much as possible. I am always on the look-out for resources that fit this bill. This focus encompasses my entire process, from design to packing and shipping materials.

I donate some of my creations every year to various charities, including (but not limited to) local museum-elementary school enrichment programs, cancer and other disease-easing fundraisers, events which celebrate diversity, independent, woman-owned and eco-friendly businesses just to name a few. Your support of Sprite Creations means I can continue these donations and support these priorities... consider it a very real way of "paying it forward"!
