Queens Metal began with a passion for statement-making jewelry. We believe that putting on a fabulous necklace or badass ring makes the wearer feel like she can conquer the world.
We love making jewelry. We love the rush of satisfaction that comes when we finish a brand new kick ass piece. And most of all, we love it when our creations are cherished by our customers all over the world. It's all about spreading the message: Be bold, fearless, and unapologetic.

Queens Metal is a small operation, run by owner and artist Krista DeJoseph out of her little studio in the Irish Channel neighborhood of New Orleans, and with a big dose of assistance from a small-but-mighty team of talented New Orleans folks who help with production, social media and sales.

Returns and exchange details
Contact us within seven days of receiving your order if you’d like to exchange it (or if you’d like to receive a credit for a future purchase.) When exchanging an item, it must ship within 30 days of initiating exchange and it must ship in a padded mailer with tracking info.
If you are unhappy with the quality of our jewelry, feel a product was misrepresented or a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem. Customer satisfaction means everything to us, and we will work with you on a solution.
Please keep in mind that we also offer a lifetime “free repair” policy!
Payment
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order being placed. Since each item is made-to-order, after 24 hours, we've already begun making your piece and thus cannot honor a cancelation request.
Shipping
International orders are sent via AIR MAIL. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Items shipped within the USA are sent via USPS first class mail with tracking, unless you choose an expedited shipping option.
If your item seems to be taking an unusually long time to arrive, don't hesitate to convo or email us, even if it's just to "check in" :)
