here you'll find mostly one of a kind ceramic goods, some sale treats, and other art pieces! if you have any questions just give me a convo holler. please see my shop policies for all info regarding shipping, payment and whatnot. regarding shipping: i am a one woman artist & operation running a small business while also working a full time job teaching art - i am not amazon. i try to ship once a week if the piece is available & ready to be shipped - please understand that your piece will not arrive lickety split after you have purchased it; it will however arrive carefully packed & shipped by the order ship date on your order sheet. thank you! please read listings thoroughly, all details are there, confusion can be avoided by making sure you have read everything! if you are an international buyer please be advised to purchase insurance for tracking.

1 out of 5 starsI never received my order. Item is marked as shipped on September 13. I opened a case on Etsy, which proved completely inefficient. Case was closed by admin without contacting me, as seller sent the shipping notice. Guess what? The seller has written down the wrong address, which is not even an address (no street name or number), just the floor number, which is also wrong! With no proper address (my address is clearly stated in my order and I have received multiple orders there), where is the package supposed to be headed to? Stay away from this shop, I plan to stay away from Etsy in the future altogether after this sad experience, due to which l lost 60 Euros.

1, etsy closed this case & decided in my favor. 2, it is explicitly stated to buy insurance for international orders in my shop policies. 3, this person is wrong, the address is correct on the package. 4, i offered to split the cost, despite the fact that i would be out $ & it's clearly stated that insurance is needed to be bought.
