Heather from Spry Ceramics was fantastic to deal with! I absolutely love my custom ring dishes which will be gifts at my upcoming wedding, I know that the recipients will love them! Couldn't recommend Spry Ceramics enough and I'm sure I will be placing more orders in future. Thanks so much Heather xx

About

Unique, handcrafted ceramic gifts created with the aim of bringing a smile to everyone who receives them!

Every item made at Spry Ceramics is individually handcrafted in my garden studio using the smoothest white earthenware. The clay is rolled, stamped, cut and moulded into the finished shape. After firing in my electric kiln, the pieces are glazed and fired once more to 1040º Celcius. There is no better sight than the opening of a kiln full of newly glazed pottery!
I am inspired by beautiful patterns from around the world to make unique items of home decor that are pretty as well as practical.

    Chief Potter

A couple of years ago I signed up to a local pottery class with my daughters and quickly became hooked! Working with clay is the best therapy - to create a beautiful piece of pottery from a ball of mud is amazing! In 2014 I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to start my own business working from home and Spry Ceramics was launched. I have spent many, many hours, days and weeks developing the pieces I make and look forward to many years of creating unique handmade ceramic gifts.

  • Fifi

    Post Office Assistant

Fifi just loves watching orders being put in boxes because that means she can have a leisurely walk to the Post Office. It's her favourite activity!

  • Dillon

    Supervisor

Dillon is the kind of colleague every workplace should have - he's polite, non-judgemental and is always on hand to offer great advice when you need it. He's good at keeping other members of staff in line too!

  • Daisy

    Pattern Maker

Daisy loves to help in the studio whenever I'm making new dishes. She likes nothing more than walking across the perfectly smooth clay as if she owns the place, leaving delightful paw prints behind. Every workplace needs a Daisy to liven up the day.

  • Bluebell

    Daydreamer

Bluebell loves sleeping and looking beautiful. She prefers to stay out of the studio in case her fur gets dusty. She is a very happy colleague :-)
