About

Take a Visual Vacation! Painter of Cape Cod, New England and all things Nautical!

In 2008, I found the Etsy site. Was selling online through other venues, wanted to try it out. I love being part of this creative community!

I have been pursuing my art career since 1994, when I graduated from college. As a graduation gift to myself, I starting renting my studio out of the Indian Orchard Mills in Springfield, MA. Back then, I relied totally on sales out of my studio, exhibits and local art shows. Due to the need to get my work out there, I put my work online in 1998. By 2002, I had an online store and began selling my work all over the country.

About my work: I tend to use bright and lively colors. I like how the colors uplift me and brighten my walls. I keep my works affordable so anyone can enjoy them. All my paintings are "One of a Kind." I always use gallery wrapped canvasses and paint to the edges of the painting so they don't need a frame. The backs always are wired with screw eyes so they're ready to hang right out of the package.

My prints are sharp and vibrant, with the colors as close to the original paintings as one can get. I also offer my photography for sale in my store.

I personally prepare and ship all my work and make sure they are carefully packed. I strive to have happy customers!

I especially love Etsy because it is a venue that focuses on Handmade Goods and not the mass-produced items you will find at other sites.

Today, my work proudly hangs on walls throughout United States and worldwide. I'm constantly revamping my inventory and painting new works.

Thank you for visiting my shop!

I love life and look for the beauty in everything. My work shows it! Ever since I was little, I was inspired by the perfection of Nature and have worked to present my vision to the public so they can feel as inspired as I do!

I look around and see beauty all around me. All of this inspires me to create what makes my heart sing. Most of the time, I'll use bright, lively colors. Color to me, adds depth and vitality to the subject.

All of my work is original as well as my photography. I taught myself to use the camera as my paint brush. That process led me to expand my creativity. Many of my photographs are also used as my reference pictures for my paintings.

I hope that you too will feel inspired after visiting my store, to walk outside, feel the crisp air see the beauty in things you may have overlooked before. Feel the ocean's waves deep inside, smell the fragrances of the flowers around. Life is for living out loud in full color!

I am also available to accept commissions and custom order. Please convo me on Etsy with the details.
