SquackDoodle's Shop Policies


Thank you so much for coming by! Please take a quick moment to read through our brief shop policies below. Everything in the shop is handmade with love and care and may slightly vary from picture shown.


Paypal is the preferred method of payment, its easy, quick and reliable! If you're paying with an e-check through Paypal, please note that the payment must clear before your item is shipped. Full payment is due at the time of purchase. If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 3 days of your purchase. Thanks for understanding.


Items are shipped using United States Postal Service and will ship according to the date on your invoice. Items will ship to the address listed at the time of purchase.

First class international shipping, via USPS, is available and will be shipped according to the ship date on your invoice. During the holiday season, customs may take up to 6-8 weeks for the package to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this delay, as the time draws close, please be aware that your package may not arrive in time for the holidays, specifically Australia and Canada. Additionally, insurance is not available for international shipping, and items lost or damaged due to handling will not be compensated. All fees and taxes associated with customs are the buyers responsibility.

For domestic shipping only: SquackDoodle is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping; therefore, if you would like to add insurance to an item just contact us and we'll happily add it on.

Shipping costs on returns and exchanges is non-refundable.

If you have any other special requests for shipping (ie: sending as a gift, or wait to ship) just let us know, we are happy to accomodate.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, we are a small company and refunds and exchanges are not offered. Please convo us if you received an item that may have been damaged or lost. We require a picture at the time of the initial convo, for damaged items, and within ten business days of receiving the damaged item. No items will be refunded or replaced without a previous insurance listing purchased on the item, the listings can be found in our shop section and must be purchased at the same time you purchase your item from our shop. The damaged item must be sent back to our studio before we are able to process the claim. Items lost in the mail will not be replaced or refunded without insurance. **Shipping charges are non-refundable.**
