Squeaksland Studio is dedicated to bringing out the child-like imagination and fun hidden (and not so hidden) inside all of us. So help spread the warmth and joy of cuteness by bringing one of my whimsical creations home! Each one of my creations has their own personality and look because they are loving handmade and “raised” by me.

All my items come from a smoke-free home. Those allergic to cats be warned…I do have several cats, though they are strictly not allowed inside my studio. All projects are hand sewn with love and your item may very slightly from the pictured because they are handmade…some might not be appropriate for smaller children as they have removable pieces and/or small pieces. However, if you would prefer embroidered eyes, please let me know. I’m happy to “custom eyes”.

Payment must be made with 48 hours of placing your order, if you need more time please contact me to discuss it, preferably before you order. Any orders not paid for in this amount of time will be canceled and item(s) re-listed. I accept Paypal, credit cards or echeck through Paypal, and money orders. You can pay with a credit card via Paypal without signing up to Paypal by placing your order and then preceeding with checkout to Paypal. On the log onto Paypal page, on the left there are directions on how to pay directly with a credit card. If you paid with an echeck via Paypal or a money order, I will ship your order as soon as it is crafted and the payment has cleared (usually 3-7 days). Oversea buyers must pay with Paypal in US Dollars.
I will ship your order to your ETSY ADDRESS, not your Paypal address. I’ll be happy to ship it to another address if you note in the “Message to Seller” area when you check out. Please let me know if it is a gift, so that I know not to include an invoice in the package.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail which DOES NOT include a tracking number. If you are interest in upgrading to Priority mail or adding delivery confirmation for an extra charge, please let me know, and I will send you an updated invoice.

I will I typically only ship on Fridays and orders completed on or after Friday will be shipped the following Friday. If for some reason you need your order shipped sooner, please contact me before you order so I can make the necessary arrangements.

Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by echeck through Paypal or a money order, your order will not be sent until is cleared (usually 3-7 days).

Insurance~ I deliver all packages personally to the post office. Once they leave my hands, I am not responsible for loss or theft. I DO NOT insure them. Insurance can be added for an additional amount at your request and again, let me kwon and I will send you an updated request.

International Shipping~ is available by request. Please email me so I can provide you with an estimate before you order. Shipping times for overseas orders can vary, especially when dealing with customs. It may take as few as 10 days, or up to 30 days or even longer. The buyer is responsible for paying all duty fees and any other country ordained fees on your purchase. Insurance is available for an EXTRA charge and is highly recommendable.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will do my best to make your buying experience satisfactory in every way and work diligently to make sure that the items I sell and ship are as described in the listing. If you are not happy with your order, I will exchange it or refund your money (except shipping costs) up to 7 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) in the SAME condition in which they were originally sent and for any return shipping/insurance costs. Any damage such as stains, strange smells, or tears will not be accepted for refunds.

Please read the item description carefully and contact me with any questions you might have before you make your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback or sending the item back. I am sure can come to an agreement. ^_^
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: I love them! I am happy to discuss a custom plush/doll just contact me. ^_^ ! Once the final design is set, a 50% non-refundable deposit is asked upfront before I begin work on your project. The remaining balance and shipping costs will be requested after the final product is finished. If for some reason, a cancellation should occur by request of the buyer, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please, contact me if you are interested or have any questions.

In such a situation as the cancellation noted above, I reserve the right to complete the project and offer it for sale in my store in order to regain any invested time and effort. I will, however, try to alter the design so as not be exactly the same as the commissioned design.

WHOLESALE? I love it! I will happily consign my items if your consignment rate is AT LEAST 60/40. Please, contact me with any questions you might have.
