Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I do not accept returns. Exchanges, however, will be issued ONLY IF the wrong item is sent. I do not foresee this happening, but in the case that it does, I will pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to me as well as the shipping costs for the correct item. :)
Payment
I accept PayPal from buyers within the U.S. and select international locations. I do accept cash, but from local buyers only who are able to pick their item(s) up from me. Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase.

For ready-to-ship orders I will ship your purchase via PayPal shipping through USPS within 2-5 business days after receiving payment. Made-to-order items are shipped out within 5-10 business days. All items are ready-to-ship unless otherwise noted in the item description. I am proud to now offer international shipping to select countries! International orders are mailed out once a week and typically take 6-10 days to arrive to you (depending on customs). Sprightly Strands is not responsible for any items lost during shipping. However, shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

Custom order FAQs:

1. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes!! I absolutely ADORE collaborating with my customers to create special, unique designs that compliment their personal styles and ideas.

2. How do I go about requesting a custom order from you?
You can request a custom order in a number of ways: Alchemy, Etsy convo, or by emailing me directly at sprightlystrands [!at] gmail.com. All custom order requests are responded to within 24 hours.

3. How do custom orders work once I have contacted you? How can I be sure that my ideas are understood?
When collaborating with customers, I always make sure that I fully understand what it is you are trying to communicate with me as far as design concepts are concerned. I am more than happy to send photos of materials to be used, and will continue to work with you until you are 100% confident that I am on the same page with you. :)

4. How do payments for custom orders work?
Once we have settled on a definite design, I will make you a custom Etsy listing for %50 of the total order price (excluding shipping). This will serve as your deposit. Once I receive your deposit payment, I will begin putting your design together. Once I have completed your item, I will send you several photos of the finished piece. If you approve of the final design, I will create another listing for the remaining %50 of your order price + shipping and send you the link to that listing. As soon as payment is received, I will ship to you!

5. Do you offer any discounts on large/multiple-item orders?
Yes! Just convo me to see what kinds of discounts you qualify for!
