Hello and welcome to Squibbles76's Etsy shop! I take great joy in making my handmade findings and hope you will take great joy in creating with them.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges are an option, but these little squibbles are so cute...who would want to send them back?! Please just send me a convo and I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you might have.

As of May 2012, custom orders are not refundable. I can not replace time, energy or supplies spent on making a custom order. I will make sure that you approve of a sample item by providing pictures and or sending you the sample of your requested product before you purchase a larger order. A nominal fee + shipping will be charged for shipping of any samples by the buyer.

However, if the package is damaged and or there are missing pieces I will make new products to make up the difference in the ones lost. BUT there will need to be proof of the claim. Product can be sent back upon an agreement between both parties via Etsy conversation ONLY. Do not contact me via my email address about any dispute, argument, or other along these lines. Etsy has made conversations available just for this purpose. Plus, Etsy can not validate buyer/seller claims if the messages are not sent within their own site.

Please understand that these measures are being taken to ensure a smooth transaction and buyer/seller protection.
Payment
Within United States:
Payment is to be made within 3 days after placement into your cart. 5-14 business days for all personal checks and or money orders.
I accept Paypal, credit cards & e-checks through Paypal, Money Orders purchased through the United States Postal Services ONLY! Shipments will go out after purchase on regular paypal payments. On all other forms of payment shipment will be made after those forms have cleared processing at my bank.
International Orders:
Payment via paypal is the only way to pay. Payment is to be made within 3 days of purchase. Shipping is the same as with United States.

United States Orders:
► I only use USPS- united states postal service.
► First Class shipments are made within two business weeks after purchase(7-14 days) if they are in stock. Made to order purchases take longer.
► Priority shipments are made within 7 days of purchase if they are in stock and not made to order.
► All orders that have more than 10 items, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
► All //made to order custom listings// and or //wholesale lots//, please allow
//////// 3 weeks "make time" minimum \\\\\\\\. The more elaborate items ordered take time to make. If you need an order by a deadline date please contact me via conversation to discuss the possibilities. Most shipping times are given as a basis that I have other orders to fulfill. Sometimes, I don't have anything going on.


International Orders:
► I only use USPS- united states postal service.
► First Class shipments are made within a business week after purchase(7-14 days)if they are in stock and not made to order. .
► Priority shipments are possible, but will cost a minimum of $14.00.
► Please allow up to 2-4 months for some deliveries. As customs sometimes gets behind. And sometimes even your package can be received within 5 business days.
► All made to order custom listings and or wholesale lots, please allow 3 weeks "make time" minimum. The more elaborate items ordered take time to make. If you need an order by a deadline date please contact me via conversation to discuss the possibilities. Most shipping times are given as a basis that I have other orders to fulfill. Sometimes, I don't have anything going on.

If package is lost in the mail, I am sorry I am not responsible for the errors of others. Please see refund policy below for further action.
