If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. After that it is out of my control. I will do everything in my power to remedy any dispute to both our satisfaction.

The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was sent out. Return shipping is non refundable and is responsibility of the buyer.

Please purchase tracking for return orders, if no tracking is purchased and return is lost or misdelivered, with no way to track it, I will be unable to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of item, minus original shipping.

After 45 days I do not accept returns.

Incorrect address: In the event an incorrect address is provided by buyer and item is returned to me in undamaged condition an item refund will be provided minus shipping costs.

If you request a reship there will be a shipping recharge that must be paid from buyer prior to being reshipped.

Damages:

If your order arrives damaged please email me with photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving your package, with a description of the damage as well. Please retain all packaging as this will be required for insurance purposes

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Customers duties,customs, fees are the buyers responsibility.

I accept Direct checkout and PayPal. So please pay for your item at time of purchase. Your item(s) will be shipped after payment has been received. If payment hasn't been received after 24 hours it will be canceled.

Custom Orders/Reserved Listings will be canceled within 1 day if not paid in full. Unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping is sent by First Class mail or Priority depending on weight. All orders are shipped with tracking unless it's international.

Packages will be mailed to the address listed on Etsy. Please contact me if there are any changes.

Item is shipped within three business days after payment is received, to the address given on the receipt. If purchases are made on a Friday all packages will be shipped on Monday.
