DUE TO RECENT EVENTS Only Some Returns or Exchanges will be Accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Only the item price will be refunded on returns.
Custom orders may not be returned unless damaged during shipping.
The cancellation of a custom order may not receive a full refund, if the order has been started or completed.

Payment
International Orders: Custom fees, VAT or duty fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping
Your item(s) will ship after we have received your payment.
Normally ready made items ship the next day, sometimes same day, but may take up to a few days due to weekends, holidays or bad weather.
Custom orders may not ship until after we have received your approval of design.
Some items ship via Priority Mail due to the size, shape or weight of the item and packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot control postal or customs delays.
