Q: What is your current production time?
A: Production times vary by product. See best estimated arrival date on each listing. Need your items by a certain date? Message us and we will do our best to accomodate you!
Q: How long does shipping take?
USPS is experiencing significant shipping delays that are out of our control. Expected delivery times are as follows: Standard mail = up to 7 business days, Priority Mail = 2-3 business days, Express = 1-2 business days. We encourage you to keep these timeframes in mind when ordering.
Q: My order was returned back to you, can you re-ship it to me?
A: Deliveries that are returned to our facility as undeliverable will be re-sent to the customer for an additional shipping fee. Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid such instances. We will not send items back to you free of charge.
Q: Why hasn't my item's location updated when I check the tracking of my delivery?
A: Our preferred shipping courier is experiencing significant delays due to the Covid pandemic and often times shipments are skipped during the scan process at a post office location. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update. If your item halts movement for 7 days or more, please contact us so we can sort out the issue with USPS or provide a re-shipment.

We want your purchase to last beyond your big day so we've designed items that not only look good, but are built to last as well. To ensure longevity of your items, we recommend you turn your garment inside out and wash on cold. Items can tumble dry low. Please do not iron directly on graphics or customization and do not dry clean.
Custom and personalized orders
Almost all listings offer customization options allowing customers to create pieces tailored to their preferences. From font options, to text color choices, to custom text input, we are happy to help customers design their one of kind orders. If you want a font you don't see or need to match a color scheme, please contact us for additional customization options!
International orders
In certain circumstances out of our control, some international packages will be subject to additional customs duties and fees. We have no way of predicting the occurrence of these incurred costs. International buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply. We do not claim responsibility for these charges nor will refund them in the case that they occur. Customs clearance may cause delivery delays, please keep this in mind when calculating your delivery time-frame after ordering.
