1 out of 5 starsThe item is not vintage or silver. It was new, made of tin or aluminum and dime store cheap. She offered a refund but I also requested my $15 in shipping be refunded (which cost her $6.20...whole other topic!). Its been a week and I've not gotten her response about my shipping refund. The item is crap and definately not as described. I threw it away. Very dissatisfied, she knew it was for a birthday present.

1 out of 5 starsReceived this product and contacted the seller the next day. Ties are made of a rough looking webbing that looks like it was found in a basement. To make matter worse, when I inspected to see how the ties were attached (because I was going to replace them with something nicer like ribbon), I discovered that all ties were only being held on my 2 stitches, all of which gave way with very little force....much less than would have been necessary to tie it. After 5 days, still no response. Very unhappy. I also think it is very unprofessional to have a price tag clearly shown in your picture which shows the item for sale at $5 cheaper than you are selling it for here.

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you receive an item that you are not 100% completely satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for a full refund. Your complete satisfaction is my top priority! Custom orders, regretfully, are not returnable. I cannot cover shipping costs on any returns.
Payment
I accept and prefer Paypal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to buy an item. You can pay with credit card directly from this site. I ask that you please pay for your purchase within 3 days of check out. If I don't hear from you within 3 days I will attempt to contact you. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will cancel your sale and regretfully have to leave negative feedback. ~☆~PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS ARE UPDATED!! All items will be shipped to Etsy address, NOT the one on file with Paypal because the Etsy address must be manually entered at time of checkout. This is the only way we are protected under Paypals seller policy! If you need it shipped to another address, please let me know immediately as some orders ship the same day. Also, items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class mail for items up to 13 oz, after that they go via Priority. Either way, Delivery Confirmation is a must with my shipping and is included in the shipping cost that you pay upon checkout. I will do my best to provide you with a tracking number, although sometimes I do get busy. If you haven't been provided with a tracking number and notice your item has been shipped under your purchase menu, please contact me and I will get you one asap! I ship on Mondays and Fridays. Local customers are welcome to forgo shipping costs and pick up their packages. Please contact me for details prior to paying for your purchase.
