I'm reviewin this transaction poorly because I am disappointed with the shop owner. I placed my order nearly a month ago and didn't hear any updates about it at all. When I started wondering where my order was, I contacted the shop via Etsy conversations. When I visited the shop, I saw it was closed until further notice (the seller stated in the shop note that her computer had crashed, but she didn't email to tell me). So I sent an email (as it was provided in my purchase receipt). So, over a span of 48 hours, I contacted the shop twice and didn't receive a single response. The next day I had a receipt showing a refund had been issued. I'm disappointed because there was ZERO communication with me, even after I reached out to ask for an update. I'm also disappointed because I was really looking forward to receiving this purchase.
