LITTLE MONSTERS are not just cute Glass Figurines. Each Monster is 1 of a kind with different names. They are huge fans of FaceBook & LOVE to email each other!

Returns and exchanges
*Here is my policy, I really take time to carefully look each monster over & accurately describe & photograph them. They are Handmade & thus have some Minor Imperfections.
I am a reasonable person & willing to hear any dissatisfaction that a purchaser may have and will accept a return if the gripe is legitimate.
This must be within 2 days of receiving the item.
I pack with the great care, I can not be responsible for lost or damaged items, so insurance is at your discretion.
Payment
Please pay with in 3 days of purchase. Waiting for a paypal check to clear is no problem. If you choose to pay with a money order, please let me know.
Shipping
All Monsters will be sent First Class Mail. US Shipping will include delivery confirmation.
US Shipping If you would like insurance please add an additional .75 cents to your payment & specify that you would like insurance.
I will ship your Monster within 3 days of purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
I take Great care in packing up each Monster. If you receive your monster broken or damaged and it has not been torn apart by the dog, dropped on the tile floor,stomped on, mangled by the Mailperson or run over (you get my point)...please send me an email with photos of the Monster & the packaging as you received it & if it was my fault I will refund your money.
