Returns and exchanges
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be resold. Therefore, no refunds or returns are accepted. However, if an item is lost or damaged in shipping, or if there was an error on our part, we'll be more than happy to make and ship out a replacement at no charge.

Digital file orders (personalized files that are sent to you to be printed at home or a local print shop) are not refundable, all sales are final.
Payment
All items must be paid for before they are shipped. If paying with paypal using an echeck, the payment can be delayed for up to 4 business days before clearing.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Domestic orders are shipped by UPS ground, USPS priority or first class unless specific arrangements are made. Tracking information and insurance against loss or damage is included

CANADA SHIPMENTS
Canada orders are shipped by USPS International First Class which generally takes 10-14 business days for delivery. USPS International Priority and USPS International Express options are available at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped by USPS international Priority which is generally a 10-14 business day shipping service. International Express delivery is available for an additional fee and generally cuts down shipping time in half. Both services include tracking information and insurance against loss or damage.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
International shipments may incur taxes, duties or fees when going through customs. We have no control over these costs and since they are not part of the shipping charge, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PROOFS POLICY

If we send you a proof before printing or engraving, it is your responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors, misspellings, typos, etc. Once a proof has been given final approval, you accept responsibility for any errors. Should you discover an error after the item has been shipped, a replacement can be made for half the original charge, plus shipping.
