While the jewelry has great photos, it looks even more stunning in person. Great craftsmanship and beautiful packaging. Quick shipping. Would buy from this artisan again!

About

Creative ADHD

I have wanted to be an artist from the time I could hold a crayon. However, I was pushed in the direction of a "real job", so for a long time art was just a hobby. I went to college for graphic art, but then never used my degree to work in the field. Truth be told, I wasn't all that interested. I have done a number of things over the years, including wedding cakes and professional custom picture framing. I've also sewn a lot of quilts and given them away, and tried at different times to get involved in different crafts. I've done everything from painting flower pots to painting wall murals, mostly for free and just because.
Lately, since I'm (mostly) a stay at home mom to my last little guy, I have decided to make a real go of art as a living. There are times when it's not easy, I get stuck, or distracted. Currently I have a stack of hand-dyed items waiting to be quilted and more beads than I can make into jewelry, but I'm giving it a go. So here in my shop you'll find the musings and wanderings of my creative self. I hope you find something you love! I appreciate the time you spend here, and I would love to hear from you with any comments, questions, suggestions or requests you have. I look forward to "meeting" all of you!

I'm self-taught in most of the things I create, including jewelry. I also paint, sew, draw, and decorate cakes (though I'm mostly retired from that and it's now just a hobby). My interests are varied, so if you're looking for something, please ask!
