About

OUR STORY

Myles and Heather Geyman met at a community ceramics studio in Pittsburgh, Pa. Not long after working side by side in a shared space they began to collaborate creatively. STAK Ceramics was created in 2011 and Myles and Heather were married shortly after. They spend their days making work in Stak’s Pittsburgh studio with the company of two good-natured Basset Hounds Mabel and Louise (Weezy).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 10 days or receiving your order.
A refund excluding the cost of shipping will be issued when the item is returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
After receiving return confirmation, please ship the item to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
We recommend that you use an insured and trackable carrier to ship your return. In the event, that the item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

REPLACING DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit, we will replace the item as quickly as possible. Proof of damage must be provided within 3 days of receiving the item.
Shipping
All orders ship within 10 business days and are sent via USPS priority mail.
