We design and create invitations, thank you cards, stationery, party decor, favors and event paper for every occasion.

If we do not have a paper design that suits your needs, we will be happy to design one for you according to your preference by theme and/or budget.

Payment
Payment must be received before shipment and prior to the start on any custom orders.

Order(s) will not be started until full payment is received.
Shipping
Most orders ship USPS Priority Shipping (approximately 2-3 days), in some cases it will be USPS First Class Mail (approximately 5 days). We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. If you'd prefer another carrier, please contact us first (additional cost will apply).

We ship to United States and Canada; international shipping is available at an additional rate. Please contact us regarding international shipping charges.

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are NOT responsible for any delays, duties or taxes that customs may impose on your order.

DELAYED OR LATE DELIVERIES:
We are NOT responsible for delayed or late deliveries that are caused by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Post Office, etc.). WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE. We highly recommend ordering items well in advance of your event date or mailing date. Please check our shop announcement or contact us with our current turnaround time (usually 2-3 weeks) and add shipping time (usually 2-3 business days) to get an approximate delivery date.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds available.

We take pride in all of our items and our items are custom your event, if something is not to your satisfaction; please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

PRINTING PROOF PROCESS:
Once we receive your order, you will receive a printing proof for you to review and request any changes or corrections. It is your responsibility to check for any errors (spelling, date, time, address, names, registry information, punctuation, etc.). We will NOT print or proceed with completing any custom orders until you have approved a printing proof.
You are allotted a total of three printing proofs (which includes the original printing proof and two revised proofs). Any printing proof after "Proof Three" will be an additional charge based on each revision/correction.

CANCELLATIONS:
Once your order has been started (digital proof created, printed or assembled), you cannot cancel your order. We will also NOT be able to refund your order if your order has been printed, assembled or already designed.

**SHIPPING CHARGES/REFUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDED IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. PLEASE ORDER WITH SUFFICIENT TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS WITH ENOUGH TIME TO RECEIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE WEEK BEFORE THE DATE THAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED THEM, WHILE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING TIME. AGAIN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES**

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS:
If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must submit buyer affidavit and photos (if damaged) to insurance company and follow all appropriate steps to finalize claim prior to order being redone. Once the insurance claim has been completed, we will work hard to expedite your replacement order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact us before placing an order to find out our current turnaround time. Most of our orders are custom orders and take up to 2-3 weeks to complete, but time will vary depending on items and quantity.

Also, we do have a rush service at an additional fee. Please let us know if your order is time sensitive.

Please double check to ensure all your proofs are correct. You will receive up to 3 proofs at no additional cost. Any proof after proof three will be charged a fee based on each revision. It is customer's responsibility to approve proof and ensure everything is correct, including but not limited to, spelling, date, time, punctuation, address, etc prior to printing and assembling order.
