Due to we have hundreds of items in stock but limit staff, a few of items cannot be up-to-date immediately. If unfortunately your purchased item is out of stock, we will send email advise you to choose other stocks or get a refund straight away.

We accept Paypal only. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Credit Card through Paypal.

If you pay by paypal E-check, please allow 3-7 days for the check to clear before shipment.

Payment must be made immediately upon checkout, if there is a problem or you need more time, please convo me on Etsy to let me know, and I will be glad to work with you if time request are reasonable.

We happily accept orders from all over the world.

We ship internationally. Unless special request, all parcels will be shipped out from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post - Trackable Registered Airmail.

Our office located in Hong Kong, and our warehouse is based in Guang Dong, China

It will take 1-3 business days to start to ship your order, and will take 2 - 4 weeks or more to arrive.

Normally, It is possible not to receive them within 2 weeks (delivery time varies and affected by custom process & post office condition)

If you don't receive within 45 days, please convo us.

We ship to your Etsy Address, please make sure it is accurate, or let us know right away if it isn't.

If you would like your parcel post by express shipment (within 1.5 weeks delivery), DHL / EMS / FedEx, please convo me for details, and let me know your location.

If your order choose post via EXPRESS (DHL / EMS / FedEx) we will mark the lowest value on your invoice to avoid high tax. But the postal delays or customs problems (taxation) are still uncontrollable by the seller (us), they are not the responsibility of the seller (us), thanks for your understanding.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
