Absolutely love these. I ordered 2! After ordering I realized that I had made a mistake on one of them. I offered to pay for a new one because it was already finished and ready to be shipped. She made a new one without charge & sent me an Air Force pendant. Absolutely amazing product, customer service/satisfaction, & very fast shipping.
