US BUYERS: I ship Mon. - Fri. USPS first class mail. I ship from paypal so you should get tracking info when your order ships. If I tell you your stamp will ship and you don’t receive tracking info within 24 hrs. please send me an email at orders [!at] stampoutonline.com for your tracking info and to be sure your order shipped.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I’m happy to ship internationally. I do not have tracking info unless you opt for PRIORITY shipping which is $24 for flat rate priority shipping. I strongly encourage this method as shipping internationally can experience delays of up to 30 days and I have no resources to find out what is causing the delay. Send me a message with your order that you would like INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE PRIORITY and I will send you a paypal request for the additional postage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Mistakes happen! From us, and sometimes from you. If it's our mistake, your item will be replaced quickly with no expense to you. I will include a self addressed postage paid shipping label for you to return the incorrect stamp back to me. If you made an Uh Oh...and the proof was approved by you, I will re-make the stamp at a reduced cost for you.

RUBBER STAMPS: (a brief over view)
a. UNMOUNTED: If you don’t know what this means its likely that you will NOT want this option. Many crafty stampers have a variety of clear blocks and like to purchase “just the rubber” My clear polymer stamps are perfect for this. They have a natural stick back that makes it easy to peel on and off your clear blocks. Tip: If the stamp starts to lose it’s “stick” run just the rubber polymer under water.
b. WOOD MOUNTED: This is a traditional stamp that is mounted with wood and has an index of the image on top of the wood. OPTION: WOOD HANDLE, I do have wood handles that I can use if you let me know that is what you prefer.
c. CLEAR BLOCK: This is what I recommend (you can www.youtube.com clear stamps and clear blocks to get a visual on this mount) With this option you can see exactly where you are stamping. I also LOVE this style for the “save the dates” once you have created your “save the dates” you can peel of the clear polymer and cut it apart and use it for the names and scrap booking.
(all the above require a stamp pad that isn’t provided with the stamp)
d. SELF INKING: This is my favorite!!! If you are going to be stamping with one color ink this is the type I recommend the most! My self inking stamps leave a fantastic impression and they are re-inkable with an oil based ink that I sell or you can purchase at an office supply store. The handle lifts off and you drop the ink in the holes. You will enjoy over 20,000 impressions with your stamp.
(not recommended if you will be stamping on a glossy surface)
Options / custom orders: in this section you can make purchases that will turn you rubber stamp into a self inking stamp, or turn your 1 inch stamp into a 2 inch stamp.
Please convo for an accurate quote, but a general a general guideline for prices are:
base price for a stamp I have already created and I’m changing it to fit your custom info is $20 to $25 then my prices go up about $10 per inch.
I LOVE custom orders, There is usually about a $5 extra charge for custom artwork and converting logos to “stamp ready condition”
The Part I don’t like to explain because I realize this is a custom purchase that is personal to you for something very specific, AND ordering a custom rubber stamp isn’t something you do often so I know you have a lot of questions and I TOTALLY get that and respect that. I just ask that you realize I’m at this 20 hours a day and I’ve seen and been through it ALL, I’ve been selling stamps online for over 10 years so you are in good hands!
BUT here goes...
Our days get busy and I try my best to get in and answer questions. The priority is getting proofs & orders shipped out. I recommend buying a stamp that you are interested in and putting in the note section what you are looking for. I will send a proof and we can begin the process. If you are more comfortable asking questions first I completely understand and I WILL get to questions. I realize there are very specific things you may be looking for and a custom listing may be just the thing for you I will get to you I promise.
If you are going to ask about custom artwork or logos it would be GREAT if you can send it to me at orders [!at] stampoutonline.com with your etsy name in the subject line so I can be sure it would make into a great stamp.
When asking a question include this info: (keeping in mind I’m reading lots of stats and specs bullet point type emails really do work best)
1. What size stamp would you like?
2. What type, Unmounted, wood mounted, clear with a block or self inking (if self inking what color ink)
3. what surface will you be stamping on?
4. If your request is completely custom what font style do you have in mind, simple, script, whimsical?
My self inking stamps are re-inkable with an oil based ink that I sell or you can purchase at an office supply store.
