We are very proud to be a family run business established from our workshop situated in the heart of the Lake District, England. Our Artisan Jewellery matches our surroundings - Each piece is quite simply unique. Using traditional techniques, our handmade pieces are individually shaped, cut, polished & then, if required, personalised by hand-stamping.

Custom and personalised orders

The message and initials in the photos are just an example. Please leave what you require to be stamped in the personalisation box. Be sure to double check what you type as I cannot be held responsible for typo errors on the order - especially check your capitals / lowercase letters.

If the text you send us to stamp is unclear regarding brackets, commas, periods etc.. we will email you to clarify. If we cannot get a response prior to building / shipping your item, we will make a judgement call as we think it looks best.

Care instructions

This is a fashion item and should be removed before sport, swimming, showering, applying cosmetics and bedtime.
Fasteners & connectors may differ slightly from the ones photographed in the listings due to availability.

All of our items are hand made in a workshop environment which will lead some items to have marks / scratches etc.. This is not a flaw, this is to be expected.
We do not machine produce gifts to 'high street' standards nor do we engrave gifts with a machine.
They are Perfectly Imperfect!

Some items may have slight indents on the back of the piece due to stamping on the front side. This is normal for hand stamping.

Metal will tarnish and will require polishing to keep it bright.
Ink will fade with time & use.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Products are supplied in a free gift bag as photographed unless mentioned otherwise in the listing.

Is hand stamping perfectly straight.

No, as all the stamping is done by hand there may be variations in spacing, alignment and depth so please don’t look on these as flaws. I am not a machine that etches perfectly – any variations or marks from manufacturing should be regarded as characteristics unique to your piece. We feel this makes each item more personal.

Payment

As most of the items are made to order or can be personalised, all invoices must be paid in full before work commences. You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period on personalised goods, BUT, if the work is started within this time it may not be possible to fully refund, and if specific items are purchased for your item with the 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund minus the cost of said items.

What if my order does not arrive?

We only use Royal Mail for shipping.
It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct postage for your order value.
If your order does not arrive you (the customer) will be responsible for putting in a 'loss claim' with Royal Mail. As a business they will not pay us the full amount or labour for making your item. If you are desperate for the order you will need to place another order whilst your claim is being processed.
Claims can only be submitted 10 days after the due delivery date to allow for delays.

We always obtain proof of postage and will assist you with your claim.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Items that are made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Incorrect size orders placed by the customer

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including faulty items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, are incorrect, or there are any shortages, it is your responsibility to inform me within 30 days of receipted delivery in order to obtain an exchange or refund. Postage, Insurance & Timelime

We offer 4 postage options;

Royal Mail UK Standard 1st Class - Untracked at your risk & is typically a 1-2 day service - £20 insurance included.

Royal Mail UK Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. £500 insurance included (weekdays only)

International Standard - Untracked at your risk & is typically a 10 day service (Europe) - £20 insurance included. Please allow up to 4 weeks for long haul.

International Tracked - They aim to deliver within 5-7 day (Europe). Please allow up to 4 weeks for long haul - £50 insurance included.

All orders are dispatched next working day.

All times stated are approximate.
As per Royal Mail guidelines losses cannot be claimed for until 10 days after the due delivery date.
