Returns and exchange details
The best part about making items for people to wear is seeing them wear it and love it. The worst part is having an item break. Sometimes it's something new I am trying out and sometimes my best laid plans don't work out.

I try my best to produce a quality item. But things can break or come undone.

If the item does break you can send it back to me (you will have to pay the shipping) and I will fix it and send it back to you with a free gift (to make up the shipping).

If you are unsatisfied with the quality then you need to explain in detail what is wrong and I will either remake it or fix it or give you refund (minus shipping) if the item is returned.
Payment
If you wish to cancel the order it has to be before I ship the item!
If you want to cancel there will be a $2.00 fee for cancellations. If I have printed the label and not shipped the item I might not be able to return the shipping cost.
Shipping
Buyer pays for shipping. Shipping discounts for multiply items. Shipping and handling to be determined per item per transaction.

If your item is being sent to another person (friend) make sure to write in a Care Of line, for example you are John Doe but you need it to go to your friends address who is Jane Smith

c/o Jane Smith
and address that must match the one in your etsy or paypal
I only ship to etsy/paypal addresses. This helps to make sure it was delivered incase any problems arise, so please make sure your paypal address is correct.

I am not responsible for lost packages and if a package comes back to me I can either refund the money minus shipping charges or you can pay for shipping again and I will mail it out.
Additional policies and FAQs
For custom orders I will try my best to finish them on time, as I enjoy them so much more than randomly making things. I will give you two days to purchase the item, if it is not paid for in that time then the item will go up for anyone to purchase.
