I've been making jewelry for about 20 years. My tastes and interests change, yet until now I've been wary of getting rid of anything just in case I might decide that I could really use it. My desire for simplicity is outweighing my tendencies toward hoarding at the moment.

Payment
I accept Paypal and RME.
You may choose the option to pay with your credit card through Paypal without signing up for a Paypal account.

To pay using Revolution Money Exchange, please select "other" when checking out and I will send you a revised invoice. If you use this method of payment, I will ship to the address that is on your Etsy account so please check to make sure your information is accurate.

Since Paypal has a way to cross reference addresses with Etsy and Revolution Money Exchange does not, please be aware that if I find any discrepancies whatsoever, I will not send your purchase until I've confirmed from you which address I am to send your purchase to. If you notify me in your note to seller which address to use at the time of purchase, I will honor that.

If I do not receive payment within three days and I've not heard from you regarding a plan to pay, I will contact you via convo regarding payment. If I don't hear back from you within 48 hours I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

If you choose to cancel a purchase, please do so as soon as possible, as I make every effort to mail your purchase to you as soon as possible after payment is received. If I've already mailed your purchase to you, I will not refund your money until I've received the returned material and confirm that it's undamaged and accounted for. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, or in this case, the non-buyer.
Shipping
Within the United States

• I will ship all packages USPS first class with a delivery confirmation within 72 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). More than likely it will be sooner than that. As a courtesy, I will send you a convo the same day your order is shipped. Please let me know when you order if you don't wish to receive a convo letting you know that I've sent your package.

• I send your items in a bubble mailer and usually wrap the ordered items in tissue paper in order to add extra protection, as well as make the package thick enough to be able to use the delivery confirmation (they're sticklers at my post office and do check the thickness of the package).

• For extra security, you may request insurance (all orders over $100 are automatically shipped with insurance). Please wait for a revised invoice so the cost of insurance can be added if your purchase is under $100.

• If you live in an area where deliveries can be a problem and are concerned about the safe delivery of your package, I strongly suggest you request insurance on your order. If you prefer insurance, please send a convo and pay after you receive the revised invoice.

• I will gladly combine shipping on all orders going to the same address (that were placed at the same time).

International

• I will ship all international orders first class international via the USPS.

• Buyer is responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties.

• Customs paperwork is filled out for ever order, completely and truthfully.

Refunds and Exchanges
We all love positive feedback. I am thankful that you've chosen to purchase my supplies, and I want you to be happy with what you receive from me. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and give me the opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback. I cannot resolve what I do not know about.

Since I've only had about three returns or exchanges in the past few years of doing business and every situation comes with unique circumstances, I don't have a blanket return policy at this time. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and let me know what the issue is and I will do my best to resolve it in the most appropriate way.

I do not offer refunds or returns on items that are damaged due to misuse on the buyer's part.

Please bear in mind that the color on your computer screen may not be the exact color of the actual items. Please allow for variations. If you have any questions at all, or if the color is critical in your purchase decision, please convo me before ordering.

Regarding Feedback:
I'd like to hear feedback (good or bad) on the items you've purchased from me. If you prefer to keep your identity private to the public, feel free to convo me with comments, suggestions or anything you feel I should know. In order to keep your "business" private (since a lot of my customers are sellers as well), I will only leave feedback if you've left me feedback.

• My house is smoke-free, but is not pet free.

• I love my dog, and sometimes he's more of a part of my life than I'd prefer. I take every precaution I can when I package my orders, but sometimes a hair gets in there (what with the static of the little plastic bags and the stickiness of the packing tape), and I'm really sorry about that.
