StarJewelry is a small, privately owned jewelry store located in the Heart of China, Beijing. Our staff is dedicated to provide a unique and unforgivable experience to the customers. Every piece of jewelry is carefully crafted by our master craftsman. We pride ourselves on creating these fine crafts that reflect the personality of our customer as well as the beauty of the gemstones used in the piece. ★We don't give refunds to items that does not have defect caused by me or the shipping company.

We currently only accept PayPal.
Shipping
★My main creating office is located in Beijing, China. Most goods will be send out from here. The U.S. office is located in Arcadia, CA. The U.S. office only handle large amount orders, thanks!
★We will send your goods to your Etsy address, please double check your shipping address on Etsy. If you need to change your shipping address, contact me on Etsy immediately (do NOT contact me through E-Mail, as I don’t check it as often), I’ll see what I can do.
★The purchased item(s) will be shipped within 1 to 3 days. Custom order(s) depends on the amount of work that is needed. You will receive your item(s) usually within 6 to 8 working days through EMS Express. If you still haven’t received my work after 15 working days, please contact me immediately.
Please include your telephone number in your order details. It is needed for the mailing company to contact you if there is anything wrong in the shipping process.
★Shipping via EMS express or Registered Air Mail by China Postal Service. If you want to receive your items quicker (within 3--5 working days), I can use UPS, DHL or TNT express, the shipping fee is added about $20/0.5KG, and again, please include your phone number, it is needed for the mailing company to contact you if anything goes wrong.
★If you never receive my shipping or my work is broken during the shipping process, please contact me and give me a chance to make it up for you. A positive rating is greatly appreciated as I put much effort and time into every piece of work.
